Viennese Jugendstil Bench
Executed after a draft by Josef Hoffmann Model 423, around 1906
Executed by the significant firm Kohn in beech and beech bent wood, stained Mahogany and polished with shellac. Seat and the 3‑segmented backseat are upholstered with leather and leather-covered buttons.
This Art Nouveau bench is a very elegant furniture with effortless charme and high sitting comfort. Its timeless design makes it easily to combine in a modern Interior.
Armchairs of this model are part of the collection of the Museum of Applied Art (“MAK”) in Vienna.
